Hybrid Insert Overlay Tape
Genesis Sync Tape Silver combines the properties of traditional bowling tapes in a unique hybrid design. Its semi-transparent, soft 10 mil vinyl combines enhanced grip with a smooth surface. Unlike traditional textured insert tapes, the grip surface is designed to maintain its characteristics without wearing down in the same way.
The soft material also provides a more comfortable feel in the ball. This can help your hand stay more relaxed and reduce the tendency to squeeze the ball during the approach and release.

How to use an Overlay Tape
Genesis Sync Tape Silver utilizes a unique material that provides its distinctive grip and performance characteristics. Due to this surface, Sync Tape and other insert tapes will not consistently adhere to the top of Sync Silver.
For best results and minimal adhesive residue, Genesis recommends using Sync Silver exclusively as the top layer or overlay tape. Apply at least one piece of black or white insert tape underneath and then place Sync Silver on top. Additional pieces of tape should not be applied on top of Sync Silver.
