Turbo Switch Grip Starter Kit
The Turbo Switch Grip Starter Kit provides bowling pro shops with the essential equipment required to install the Turbo Switch Grip interchangeable thumb insert system. It allows bowlers to use the same custom-fitted thumb insert in multiple bowling balls, helping maintain a consistent fit, feel and release when switching equipment.
The Switch Grip system consists of two main components: an Outer Sleeve permanently installed in the bowling ball and a removable Inner Sleeve customized to the bowler's thumb. The Inner Sleeve is secured using a twist-and-lock mechanism, allowing it to be removed and transferred to another bowling ball equipped with a compatible Outer Sleeve.
For bowlers who regularly change balls during practice, league play or tournaments, this system offers an important advantage. Instead of adjusting to different thumb holes, they can continue using their familiar thumb insert. Additional Inner Sleeves can also be prepared to accommodate changes in thumb size.
The Starter Kit includes a 1½-inch straight-shank drill bit with an automatic depth stopper, 20 Outer Sleeves and 10 Inner Sleeves with urethane solids. Slo Zip adhesive, a Twist and Lock Pad and the Switch A Roo universal locking tool provide the additional equipment needed for professional installation and handling.
