Dexter T·H·E Interchangeable Sole
The Dexter T·H·E interchangeable soles allow you to individually adjust the slide characteristics of Dexter T·H·E 9 bowling shoes. Depending on the selected sole, the range extends from S2 with very little slide to S12 for maximum slide.
The soles have been specifically developed for Dexter's T·H·E system. They are pre-cut to fit and can be attached directly to the shoe. No trimming is required.
Important: These interchangeable soles are exclusively designed for Dexter T·H·E 9 bowling shoes. They are not compatible with Dexter SST shoes or other interchangeable sole systems.
Slide Characteristics
- S2 – minimal slide / maximum control
- S3 – very low slide
- S4 – low slide
- S5 – low to medium slide
- S6 – medium slide
- S7 – medium to increased slide
- S8 – increased slide
- S9 – long slide
- S10 – very long slide
- S11 – very high slide
- S12 – maximum slide
As a general rule, the higher the sole number, the greater the amount of slide. This allows the slide characteristics to be adapted to different approach surfaces and individual requirements.

Dexter T·H·E interchangeable soles are available in sizes XXS to XL. Please select the sole size that corresponds to your shoe size:
Women
- XXS – US 5–6 / EU 35–36
- XS – US 6.5–8 / EU 36.5–38
- S – US 8.5–10 / EU 38.5–40
- M – US 10.5–11 / EU 40.5–41
Men
- XS – US 6.5 / EU 39
- S – US 7–8.5 / EU 39.5–41
- M – US 9–10.5 / EU 41.5–43
- L – US 11–12 / EU 44–45
- XL – US 13–15 / EU 46–50
